Colin Mark, Managing Director
Colin started in the staffing solutions industry in 1997 and has since developed deep relationships with his consultants and clients while assisting and guiding them in their respective pursuits.
Key to his success throughout the years has been his commitment to honesty, trust and integrity. He has placed candidates of all levels and delivered for clients ranging from small businesses to large global enterprises.
Prior to settling down and embracing the staffing industry in Toronto, Colin had lived, played, studied, and worked abroad in locales such as Japan, France and throughout North America, where he was able to indulge his enthusiasm for skiing and snowboarding. He also recently built a bouldering wall in his garage!
Colin attended both the Université Canadienne en France, in Nice and York University in Toronto, Ontario, where he received a Bachelor of Arts Degree with a major in Economics.
Gavin Douglas, Managing Director
Gavin joined the IT recruitment industry in 1998 with a large multi-national staffing firm where he cut his teeth in all aspects of the business while learning the intricacies of the trade. Understanding what you're looking for and consistently getting you more, Gavin has the innate ability to make your search parameters & objectives achievable.
Gavin has always enjoyed working closely with his client groups to define requirements and help set realistic expectations that deliver on their goals & objectives. Gavin does this through open dialog with clients and candidates. An avid outdoorsman, Gavin partakes in many sports including hockey and skiing. An early adaptor of the GoPro, he has recorded many of his adventures as they have unfolded.
Gavin has been recognized with several Awards of Excellence for both Recruitment and Sales during his tenure career.
Gavin holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Bishop's University in Sherbrooke, Quebec.
