​Colin got his start in the staffing solutions industry with one of the dominant industry powerhouses in 1997.  Learning the trade from seasoned veterans, he was able to quickly establish a strong rapport with his consultants & clients; developing deep relationships with many of them that last to this day,  while assisting & guiding them in their respective pursuits.
 
Key to his success throughout the years has been his commitment to honesty, trust & integrity.  He has placed candidates of all levels & delivered for clients ranging from small businesses to large global enterprises.
 
His current areas of focus include Cyber Security, Big Data, AI & Digital Transformation initiatives in a broad array of sectors including Financial Services, Healthcare, Public Sector & Utilities.
 
Colin attended both the Université Canadienne en France, in Nice & York University in Toronto, Ontario, where he received a Bachelor of Arts degree with a major in Economics.

Gavin joined the IT recruitment industry in 1998 with a large multi-national staffing firm where he cut his teeth in all aspects of the business while learning the intricacies of the trade. Understanding what you're looking for & consistently getting you more, Gavin has the innate ability to make your search parameters & objectives achievable.
 
Gavin has always enjoyed working closely with his client groups to define requirements & help set realistic expectations that deliver on their goals & objectives. Gavin does this through open dialog with clients & candidates.
 
His recent areas of success have included staffing of Agile COEs, Infrastructure Upgrades/Migrations, Cloud Transformations, Network Deployments & Digital App Development for a diverse pool of clients in industries such as Financial Services, Healthcare, Telecommunications, Construction, Digital Media to Consulting Services.
 
Gavin holds a Bachelor of Arts degree with a major in Economics  from Bishop's University in Sherbrooke, Quebec.
